Betty, Leo, Russ Roper. Russel was a Captain of the Logan, Utah Police Department when this photo was taken, in 2006 Russel was promoted to Chief of Police and I'm very proud to have him as my friend. His dear father Leo has since passed away and he was such a funny man and such a dear friend.
